This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Trimble. We are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead growth in a key region by managing strategic accounts and developing new distribution and retail partnerships. In this remote-based role, you’ll drive the adoption of advanced geospatial technologies, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Accountabilities:

  • Drive business development by identifying and acquiring new distribution and retail partners.
  • Grow existing accounts by creating strong product awareness and generating demand.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including needs analysis, implementation support, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Present and influence at all levels, including executive and C-level decision makers.
  • Deliver customized, client-focused solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple account projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or a comparable client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in business development, networking, and building partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with developing and supporting sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Strong CRM experience; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%; must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to rent vehicles.
  • Located within the DACH region, ideally near an international airport.
