We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for various technical positions.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs, and setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media

● Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive

● Build a strong understanding of our business and ideal customer profile

● Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead interactions in our CRM

● Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategy

Requirements

● 0–1 year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or related role (internships count!)

● Excellent communication skills and a positive, resilient attitude

● Eagerness to learn about our product, industry, and sales processes

● Comfortable working US time zone hours (partially or fully overlapping)

● Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for growth
