Accountabilities

  • Execute consistent outreach to targeted prospects through calls and emails, effectively communicating the value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Qualify potential customers for further engagement by the sales team, meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for qualified leads.
  • Utilize prospecting tools to research companies, identify key stakeholders, and tailor outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to accelerate pipeline growth and close opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to refine sales development processes and strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Use Salesforce for accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Participate actively in knowledge-sharing sessions, training programs, and process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience; prior SDR experience is preferred but not required.
  • Fluent in German, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Previous exposure to hospitality, software, or sales environments is a plus.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the determination to exceed weekly goals.
  • Confident, persuasive, and an active listener, able to build strong relationships and handle objections effectively.
  • Quick to adapt, eager to learn, and proactive in contributing to team success.
