This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and persuasive sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute directly to business growth. You will focus on generating qualified leads through cold calling, email, and social outreach — playing a key role in filling the pipeline for Account Executives. The role is part-time or on a 90-day contract basis with potential for permanent hire, offering schedule flexibility and a supportive team culture. Accountabilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to engage potential leads.
  • Deliver compelling pitches that communicate value and qualify prospects.
  • Book discovery calls or location tours by setting appointments for the sales team.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of all outreach activities in the CRM system.
  • Run multi-channel campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage and follow up with prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets, including dials and meetings booked.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing — B2B experience preferred.
  • Confident and clear verbal communicator, comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
  • Results-driven mindset with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing performance targets.
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • CRM familiarity is essential; experience with Salesforce, Account Engagement, or Apollo.io is a plus.
  • Empathetic and persuasive — able to connect with prospects and build rapport quickly.

Nice to have:

  • Background in hospitality, real estate, meeting & event planning, or coworking space environments.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales setting.
