Accountabilities:

  • Drive outbound lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the APAC market.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach efforts and deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities across various industries and territories.
  • Stay informed about the company’s product suite and competitive positioning to craft compelling messages.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead engagement in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and use analytics to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales development, business development, or related roles in fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong grasp of the APAC market’s dynamics, trends, and industry-specific needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with a track record of engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (especially Salesforce), with an analytical mindset for tracking metrics and refining strategies.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
