MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee and grow our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines coaching, performance management, and operational oversight to ensure our SDRs consistently deliver high-quality leads and contribute meaningfully to our clients’ sales pipelines.
As Team Leader, you will play a critical role in training SDRs, optimizing outreach strategies, monitoring metrics, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. You will act as the key liaison between MSA’s internal operations and client-side sales and marketing teams, with responsibility for maintaining a culture of accountability, growth, and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Set and track KPIs, lead daily huddles, conduct regular 1:1s, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Monitor calls, emails, and CRM activity to ensure quality and consistency; provide actionable feedback and support.
- Develop and refine outreach scripts, messaging, and workflows to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
- Track individual and team performance against KPIs; prepare weekly performance reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- Build a motivated, focused, and positive team environment; lead with integrity and inspire accountability.
- Liaise with UK-based clients to report on progress, communicate insights, and adapt to shifting priorities or lead qualification criteria.
- Assist in recruiting and selecting new SDRs as the team expands.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and outreach plans to generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and guidance to optimize results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales development, account management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving collective goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

- Experience in the outsourcing or services industry is a plus.
