This is a unique opportunity for a driven telecom sales professional to join a high-performing team and work closely with the National Director of Channel Sales. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in recruiting, developing, and supporting channel partners, while actively contributing to strategic growth goals. You’ll engage with partners and end-users to drive telecom solutions that meet client needs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. This remote role offers outstanding potential for career advancement in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Recruit and onboard productive channel partners and sales agents.
  • Support agents during customer meetings and assist in closing opportunities.
  • Train agents on products, processes, and procedures to ensure fluency in solutions.
  • Oversee accurate and complete order submissions aligned with company requirements.
  • Develop tailored solutions by coordinating internal teams to address partner and customer needs.
  • Meet assigned sales quotas and agent retention expectations.
  • Maintain high levels of customer and agent satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support with customer service inquiries and proactively identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of telecom sales experience required, with solid knowledge of voice and data products.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive channel performance.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
