As a Sales Operations Specialist, your role will be to support the country's sales and business development process by ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of sales reporting and collaboration with other department members to support projects and business processes.

General responsibilities:
•Input, manage and analyze information to Printec CRM (Salesforce) and SAP  tools assuring data are submitted accurately and on time in line with high business and professional standards.
•Actively participate in the preparation of quarterly forecast reports.
•Assist and support Sales management in an annual budget preparation and business data presentation.
•Generate management and ad-hoc reports processing highly complex information.
•Coordinate and cooperate with other sales team members to contribute to the achievement of the country annual business plan.

Requirements

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
•High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Experience in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), and ERP system (e.g. SAP) is an advantage.
•Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and high attention to detail.
•Organizational and collaboration skills.
•Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
