We are seeking for a driven Technical Support Engineer in Zagreb, Croatia.
Responsibilities
- Providing on site installations and upgrades of the reasonably straightforward products following produced CS plans, either by working alone or as a part of a team, under constant supervision
- Resolving routine maintenance Incidents and Problems addressed either, directly, from customers and/or through the company’s Technical Escalation process.
- Developing to support the ongoing administration, troubleshooting and support of onsite customer systems of his expertise.
- Develop existing skills and knowledge, as well as appropriate support resources to find resolution to customer incidents.
- Visiting customers to provide a one-to-one service; implement feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
- Support the production of pre-installation documentation containing detailed task lists and work plans following outlined templates.
- Taking evidence of replaced module and spare parts (ex. Van stock Spare Parts Management)
- Basic module repairs
- Performing diagnostic process of basic modules
- Perform regular reporting to Manager
Requirements
- High School Degree in engineering or related field
- 3+ years of work experience in the same or similar positions
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- MySQL Database knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment
- Business awareness and creativity
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Customer focus
- B- driving licence
- English and the local language literacy
