From onboarding new hires to coaching seasoned professionals, you’ll empower sales, engineering, and customer-facing teams to thrive. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding programs for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and TAMs, ensuring rapid ramp-up and knowledge acquisition.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions covering sales methodology, product knowledge, pricing strategy, and customer engagement techniques.
- Facilitate live coaching sessions, role-plays, workshops, and 1:1 feedback based on call reviews and performance metrics.
- Track key performance indicators such as ramp time, deal velocity, and training adoption to continuously improve enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering to align training content with product launches and business goals.
- Maintain and improve a library of enablement materials including guides, playbooks, decks, and certifications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training, ideally within a SaaS or healthcare tech environment.
- Proven ability to create and scale onboarding and training programs tailored to diverse sales roles and product complexities.
- Skilled in crafting clear, engaging content for both live and asynchronous training.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), enablement platforms, and sales tools.
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to drive initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to inform training improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Preferred: Experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, new product launch support, or healthcare markets.
