Step into a dynamic role where you’ll play a hands-on part in delivering advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients across North America. As a Saviynt Engineer, you'll be responsible for full-cycle implementation—working closely with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate security needs into effective digital identity strategies. This is a remote, full-time or contract opportunity designed for professionals eager to work at the intersection of cloud security and digital transformation in a high-impact environment.
Accountabilities:
- Deploy and configure Saviynt IAM solutions in client environments, including installation, integration, and customization.
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide product demonstrations, and explain technical implementations.
- Lead functional and technical aspects of solution delivery including use case development, debugging, and maintenance.
- Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and regression testing to ensure solution quality.
- Create detailed documentation for technical configurations and user instructions.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software development or systems integration, including 3+ years with IAM platforms.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Saviynt.
- Solid understanding of IAM principles, account provisioning, and security policies.
- Experience with Saviynt and related identity suites such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP directories.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, and web/application servers.
- Skilled in installing software on Windows and Unix/Linux platforms.
- Familiarity with databases like Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, and with roles-based access control.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfort interacting with clients and partners.
- Experience in design documentation, QA testing, and usability evaluation is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Software Engineering required.
- English fluency required.
