This is a 6-month contract. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Security Consultant to design, execute, and supervise tailored security operations for high-profile events and on-site activities involving VIP and VVIP personnel. This role requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills in English, as the consultant will coordinate with local and foreign teams and ensure alignment with corporate security protocols.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Execute security plans customized to the profile of each event and its attendees (VIP/VVIP).
  • Conduct risk analysis, threat assessments, and vulnerability mapping.
  • Coordinate the operation of all security-related teams (surveillance, close protection, logistics, first aid, etc.).
  • Supervise the real-time implementation of corporate security protocols.
  • Provide security training and guidance to local staff, foreign personnel, and site visitors.
  • Oversee access control, vehicle entry/exit, and all operational staff involved in security procedures.
  • Perform detailed route analysis and contingency planning.
  • Respond effectively to incidents or unexpected situations and prepare detailed post-event reports, including incident evaluation, team performance, and security recommendations.

Requirements

Knowledge and experience

Required

  • Proven experience in corporate security, protection operations, or risk consulting (preferably in industrial or high-profile event contexts).
  • Strong analytical and operational planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish (English is essential).
  • Proficiency in drafting reports and documenting security findings.
  • Availability for extended hours during events and operational needs.
  • Knowledge of national and international security standards and protocols.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams is a plus.
