Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee project procurement management activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide expertise in operational procurement focusing on cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Manage indirect procurement activities ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in procurement.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Monitor procurement performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in procurement activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of Ariba category procurement solutions to streamline procurement operations.
  • Contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures to support organizational growth.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in supply chain procurement with a focus on P2P processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in project procurement management and operational procurement strategies.
  • Have experience in managing indirect procurement activities and implementing best practices.
  • Show proficiency in using Ariba category procurement solutions to optimize procurement operations.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and supplier performance.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Hold a relevant degree in supply chain management or a related field.
