As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you’ll lead critical initiatives to ensure adherence to federal and state laws across multiple communication channels, while supporting cross-functional teams through clear and actionable guidance. You'll contribute to shaping a best-in-class compliance framework in a fully remote and fast-paced environment focused on responsible financial services. Accountabilities:
- Review and approve marketing content (email, web, social, print, video) for compliance with TILA, CAN-SPAM, UDAAP, and CFPB guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Legal, and third-party partners to deliver real-time compliance advice during campaign development.
- Contribute to policy creation and refinement of internal compliance procedures and training documents.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and design solutions to mitigate exposure.
- Lead or support initiatives that streamline marketing review processes and enhance first-line defense capabilities.
- Stay current with regulatory changes and translate their impact into actionable updates for internal teams.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or operational risk within the consumer lending or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. consumer lending laws and regulatory frameworks, with proven ability to interpret and apply complex legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver clear compliance recommendations to cross-functional partners.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines with precision and accountability.
- Preferred: Certifications in compliance, audit, or risk; experience with federal/state regulatory bodies; experience in compliance testing or controls.
