Job Objective:
To ensure the effective management of contracts and tenders in compliance with approved policies and regulations by drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts and agreements with suppliers, contractors, and relevant parties. The role aims to protect the company's interests and minimize legal and contractual risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare various types of contracts and agreements (commercial, construction, services, consultancy, etc.).
- Review contracts submitted by external parties to ensure compliance with legal and financial policies.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand technical and administrative requirements before drafting contracts.
- Manage contractual negotiations in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain records of contracts and follow up on renewals, expirations, and timelines.
- Provide legal and contractual advice regarding potential risks and contract terms.
- Ensure all contracts comply with local laws and applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Monitor contract execution and ensure all parties adhere to contractual obligations.
- Contribute to the development and periodic update of standardized contract templates.
- Support the management of tenders and commercial proposals from a contractual perspective.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of contract regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Have solid knowledge and prior experience in Saudi law and commercial contracts
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in commercial contracts or legal affairs.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
