Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dedicated and visionary Senior Director - Development to join our team. This role is essential in driving the development of Qiddiya, a landmark entertainment and leisure destination aimed at providing unparalleled experiences.

As the Senior Director - Development, you will take a leadership role in shaping and executing our development strategies. You will oversee various large-scale projects, ensuring that they align with our mission and vision while meeting the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategic plans and initiatives that support Qiddiya's growth and objectives.
  • Manage the entire development process from initial concept to project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project execution meets quality and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to guide decision-making and identify new development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and community representatives.
  • Identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to address challenges throughout the development process.
  • Ensure sustainability principles are integrated into all aspects of development practice.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and the board on project status and critical milestones.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate Development, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in real estate or project development, with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of development processes, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in the leisure, hospitality, or entertainment sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
