We are seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to drive integrated revenue marketing programs across the entire buyer journey — from awareness to expansion. This role combines high-level vision with hands-on execution, leading global digital campaigns across advertising, web, email, and more. Working closely with Sales, RevOps, and executive leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning marketing performance with revenue goals. This is a unique opportunity to scale impact across global markets, build a high-performing team, and integrate AI and automation into a modern SaaS demand engine.
Accountabilities:
- Lead global digital marketing strategy and execution across all key channels: advertising, email, website, paid media, SEO, events, and more.
- Optimize digital performance: paid media efficiency, website conversion, remarketing, and lifecycle journey mapping.
- Drive adoption of AI and automation to enhance personalization, improve decision-making, and streamline operations.
- Define quarterly demand generation plans, coordinate campaign execution with internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with SDR and Sales leadership to optimize lead flow, scoring, and nurturing strategies.
- Own funnel optimization initiatives from top to bottom, aligning with revenue targets and customer expansion goals.
- Oversee daily/weekly performance tracking, budget management, and real-time optimization across all marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to enhance martech stack and implement predictive analytics and decision frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a results-oriented team with a data-first culture focused on execution, learning, and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading demand generation in B2B SaaS companies.
- 7+ years in team leadership with a strong focus on cross-functional alignment.
- Expertise in digital marketing across paid channels, web, lifecycle/email marketing, and site conversion.
- Proven success in building and executing campaigns focused on pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills; capable of driving strategy and execution simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to align marketing with sales and operations for measurable outcomes.
- Effective communicator with experience working across executive-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in HR or FinTech SaaS is a plus; B2B and global experience required.
