As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain world-class web applications that form the backbone of the trading experience for millions of users. You will work on both the frontend trading dashboards and the backend systems that power advanced trading features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, high-performance, and accessible user interfaces. This role combines deep technical expertise with a passion for user experience, offering the opportunity to mentor peers, influence technical strategy, and contribute to product innovation. Accountabilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain responsive, performant, and intuitive web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features from concept to deployment.
  • Build and maintain shared component libraries and design systems.
  • Translate product mockups into fully functional user interfaces with precision and polish.
  • Implement best practices for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to shaping the company’s frontend technical strategy.
  • Work with backend and API teams to integrate REST APIs and WebSockets.
  • Ensure high-quality standards through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with TypeScript and React.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as TailwindCSS.
  • Proven ability to create performant, intuitive, and accessible interfaces.
  • Experience with REST APIs and WebSocket integration.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Track record of influencing or setting frontend best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and appreciation for design aesthetics.
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience in algorithmic trading, major cloud platforms (GCP preferred), financial markets, startup environments, or remote-first teams.
