About the role

As a Senior Infrastructure Analyst – AWS, GCP & Azure - you will be responsible for designing implementing and managing cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, GCP and Azure. You will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts ensuring seamless network operations and connectivity. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing cloud resources and enhancing the company’s technological capabilities.

In this role, you will:

- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, GCP and Azure to meet business requirements.

- Manage and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

- Oversee network operations and ensure seamless connectivity across the organization’s infrastructure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud and network-related issues.

- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and network configurations.

- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in cloud environments.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.

- Conduct regular assessments of cloud infrastructure to identify and mitigate potential risks.

- Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline cloud operations and reduce manual tasks.

- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to drive innovation within the organization.

- Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components.

- Contribute to the company’s purpose by enhancing technological capabilities and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo. What you need to have to be considered

• Possess extensive experience in AWS, GCP and Azure cloud platforms.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of networking and Azure Networking.
• Exhibit proficiency in managing hybrid cloud environments.
• Show expertise in troubleshooting and resolving cloud and network issues.
• Have a solid understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Display ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.
• Maintain excellent communication and collaboration skills.
