Key responsibilities include:

• Lead software engineering teams across India to deliver scalable ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with horizontal functions including System Architecture, DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA, PMO, etc. to deliver
• Drive integration using Azure technologies: Service Bus, Event Hub, Event Grid, API Gateway, Logic Apps.
• Champion agile methodologies and ensure delivery excellence across multiple scrum teams.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational oversight for India-based engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product management, architecture, and business stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Data Modelers and Integration Developers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and support.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of conceptual, logical, and physical data models, ensuring alignment with the Microsoft Common Data Model and organizational standards.
• Guide the team in designing and implementing data integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management, etc.), Microsoft Fabric, and other relevant tools.
• Ensure the team follows best practices for data modeling, integration development, data governance, and data quality.
• Drive the technical roadmap for data modeling and integration initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with data architects, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review and approve data models and integration designs, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on complex data modeling and integration challenges, including working with data from ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle).
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Participate in the hiring process for new team members.
• Manage team workloads, priorities, and project timelines.
• Design and implement data models and integration solutions specifically for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O) systems.
• Oversee data mapping and transformation processes between D365 CE, F&O, the Common Data Model, and other integrated systems.
• Provide technical guidance on integrating D365 CE and F&O using mechanisms like dual-write, data entities, OData, and Web APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to D365 CE and F&O data flow and synchronization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 15 to 20+ years of experience in data modeling and integration development, with a strong track record of designing and implementing complex data solutions.
• 15 to 20+ years of experience leading or managing a team of data professionals.
• Deep technical expertise in data modeling concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Common Data Model (CDM) and its application in enterprise data solutions.
• Strong experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, etc.) and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven experience integrating data from various ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle).
• Strong technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O), including data modeling, customization, and integration.
• Experience with D365 CE and F&O integration patterns, including dual-write and data entities.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and its integration with CDM and D365 CE/F&O.
• Experience with Snowflake and integrating it with Azure and Fabric.
• Microsoft Azure certifications related to data, integration, or development, including D365 certifications.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code deployments (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically within dealer operations or supply chain functions.
• Experience with D365 CE/F&O customization and configuration.
