About the role
As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst, you’ll make an impact by delivering enterprise-grade CRM/XRM solutions for our clients. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll consult directly with stakeholders to design and implement impactful line-of-business applications using the latest Microsoft tools. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and program leadership to drive innovation, streamline processes, and ensure successful solution delivery in complex enterprise environments. You will be a valued member of our Cloud and Infrastructure Security team and work collaboratively with our Program Director.

In this role, you will:
• Elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements; develop solution proposals, business process designs (BPD), and business system designs (BSD).
• Support a large Dynamics CRM D365 implementation; collaborate with developers to validate solutions; assist in converting requirements into CRM configurations.
• Conduct functional testing, create user documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
• Assist the CRM Project Manager with status reporting, milestone tracking, and coordinating deliverables across teams.
• Plan and execute transition activities for new functionality; make configuration changes to support evolving business process

What you need to have to be considered:
• Minimum 10 years as a Business Analyst with direct experience in enterprise CRM applications, including Agile projects and Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Proficient in documenting “As Is” and developing “To Be” business processes; experienced in gathering and analyzing detailed functional requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate with IT teams to align CRM designs with business objectives and convert requirements into CRM configurations.
• Skilled in developing testing, reviewing, implementation plans with stakeholders, and providing post-implementation support.

These will help you stand out:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; prior experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service processes.
• Demonstrated organizational skills in project management and solution definition; excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Access, MS Project, and JIRA.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $114,000 - $133,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
