Your Mission
In this role of an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted thought partner regarding key HR initiatives and talent strategies. Our HR team works with leaders to get people involved, assess, and maintain a healthy work environment. Help foster a culture that aligns with the company's values and people strategy. They provide data-driven recommendations to help improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.
This is what you'll do at UiPath
Collaborate with and advise leaders regarding organization design, structure, and workforce planning that supports the operational and strategic objectives of the business
Drive and execute the performance management initiatives, including coaching on goal-setting, driving performance review cycles, managing PIPs, all within the globally designed framework, to ensure consistency
Help drive a high-performing organization through facilitation of talent reviews, identifying critical roles in the organization, and succession planning aligned with the Talent Development Strategy
Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations, working closely with key stakeholders
Oversee job changes (promotions, transfers in other teams or geography, merit increases)
Join and lead important HR projects. Use your planning, organization, and execution skills to plan, organize, and implement projects
Oversee onboarding and offboarding of employees

This is what you'll bring to the team
7-10+ years within the HR function with 3-5 years as HR BP, ideally within a technology company
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a strong understanding of the key company goals and financial drivers that determine business success
Highly skilled at engaging and influencing others, with strong change management skills and a desire to act as a change agent
Make and follow clear, actionable plans to help reach the overall people strategy
Capacity to have clear client focus with the ability to build good relationships across borders (international and cross-functional teams alike)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels across the organization
Significant experience of working with and influencing senior leadership
Deep knowledge of HR trends, leading HR practice and talent management practices
Collaborative approach with a resilient mindset
Excellent level of English and overall great communication skills.
