-Daily operation task management & follow up
-Service center On-site visit in daily /weekly basis and task follow up
-Service center technical issue support, Including problem analysis, guidance and assistance with resolution
-Escalation management of technical issues, Timely closure of the loop on follow-up issues
-Provide Training to service center and support service center to get certification documents and examinations
-Service center business summary report (operation compliance, system data verification, etc.)
