This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Tempo Software. We are currently looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact SRE team supporting global enterprise products used by over 30,000 customers, including Fortune 500 companies. You will help build and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure while working with modern tools like Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform. Collaborating closely with engineering teams across Europe and beyond, you’ll shape core systems and processes that drive reliability and efficiency. Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support robust software delivery practices.
  • Lead deployments of enterprise-scale projects on AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Automate infrastructure and product-related processes, including monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, monitor system performance, and participate in the on-call rotation.
  • Collaborate with global SRE and engineering teams to develop and enforce technical standards.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in site reliability or infrastructure engineering roles.
  • Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Git, Linux, and Bash.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, and managing alerting systems.
  • Proven track record deploying and maintaining complex cloud solutions, particularly on AWS.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and cloud-native architecture.
  • Development experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, or Java).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Plus: Familiarity with Helm, GitHub Actions, Ansible, Datadog, and supporting Java/Kotlin apps.
  • Bonus: Experience working within the Atlassian ecosystem.
