This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Precision Medicine Group. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant in the United States.
This role is designed for a highly skilled professional who will act as a critical bridge between sales, product, and clients in the life sciences sector. You will leverage your expertise to understand complex customer challenges, deliver tailored platform demonstrations, and translate technical capabilities into clear business value. Working in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment, you will influence both pre-sales and post-sales phases to help clients maximize the benefits of precision medicine technologies while contributing to product innovation and customer success.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify client needs and translate them into customized solutions.
- Lead technical discovery, platform demonstrations, and solution workshops with prospective clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities, integrations, and industry best practices.
- Support sales strategies by assisting in RFI/RFP responses and participating in proposal defense.
- Capture and communicate client feedback to inform product development and roadmap decisions.
- Assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer to post-sales teams.
- Manage moderately complex projects and contribute to strategic planning.
- Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in marketing efforts such as webinars, tradeshows, and content creation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years in Life Sciences, focusing on Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related fields.
- 2–4 years experience in customer-facing roles with project leadership responsibilities.
- 3–5 years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management within a SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Operations and Clinical Biomarkers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency with cloud technologies, APIs, data integration, and enterprise software.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or enterprise platforms is a plus.
- Preferred: consultative sales experience, SaaS industry background, AI technologies knowledge, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
