At voize, we don’t just recruit sales talent - we build diverse, high performing teams that contribute to our growth engine. As Senior TA Manager – Sales, your mission is to identify, engage, and close Account Executives, BDMs, and other revenue-driving roles.

You speak the language of sales fluently - not just ARR, quota attainment, and pipeline coverage, but also what truly distinguishes excellent talent. You cut through the buzzwords, dig into the details, and assess not only real performance, but also empathy, and culture add.

🚀 Your Daily Business – Building a high-performing sales team

  • Work closely with our VP Sales to define ideal profiles (Enterprise AE, BDR, SDR, Sales Engineering, etc.) and translate them into targeted hiring strategies

  • Run end-to-end recruiting: crafting compelling sourcing outreaches from various channels (not just LinkedIn, but niche sales communities, events, referrals), and closing offers with care and efficiency

  • Conduct interviews that go beyond CVs - digging into quota ownership, deal complexity, sales cycles and territory dynamics

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of high-performing sales specialists in both Germany and the USA

  • Be a trusted partner to the Sales team and leadership, collaborating on informed hiring decisions

  • You set up data-driven reporting and KPIs – using metrics like time-to-hire and pipeline conversion to continuously improve recruiting performance.

🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

  • Several years of experience hiring sales specialists in the tech industry: either in-house, or as a recruitment consultant focussed on tech sales

  • Proven ability to separate true performance from inflated CVs: understanding sales acronyms, quotas, territories, and metrics

  • Successful track record of hiring Enterprise AEs, BDMs, and other senior sales roles, ensuring both performance and cultural add

  • Skilled at stakeholder management and comfortable navigating negotiations at all levels

  • Data-informed mindset: using KPIs to optimize performance, processes and outcomes

  • Fluency in English (C1+), with the ability to connect credibly with international sales talent
