- Responsible for all spare part process of Huawei consumer brands with solutions end to end
- Follow technical services KPI's to match spare part requirements and implement improvement plan in deficient parts.
- Monitoring and coordinating the value of "order KPI”.
- Managing spare parts inventory and take action in risk situations.
- Coordinating the spare part supply delivery solutions.
- Provide orders on time to technical services.
- Service center spare parts operation support, on-site visit in weekly basis.
- Daily operation task management
- Task follow up and be in communication with HQ.
- Follow up supplier payments & offset on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree ,Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Turkish as well
- Multi-tasking and detailed-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, to work in a team and manage corporate customers.
- A problem solver with very good analytical thinking skills to be able to deal with multiple problems
- Work with patience and carefulness
- Good Knowledge of MS Office tools and creating reports.
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
