Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage day-to-day posting across platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  •  Develop and implement content calendars in coordination with the marketing team
  •  Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels)
  •  Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
  •  Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
  •  Track performance analytics: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions
  •  Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and agency partners
  •  Coordinate with the showroom and sales team to highlight promotions, new arrivals, and events
  •  Support ad campaigns by providing creative assets and monitoring performance
  •  Stay up to date with the latest algorithms, formats, and platform tools

Requirements

 Qualifications & Competencies:

 

  • Deep understanding of digital culture, memes, and viral trends
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative eye for design, layout, and brand identity
  • Comfortable being on-camera or directing creators, if needed
