You'll play a key role in translating business needs into actionable technical documentation while working closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders. Your work will directly support the evolution of mission-critical applications used by internal and external clients.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and refine technical and functional requirements.
  • Lead solutioning efforts for complex software systems, offering clear direction for development and QA teams.
  • Create comprehensive, actionable documentation that guides developers and ensures alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in testing and validating solutions to confirm proper implementation and performance.
  • Use tools like Jira and Postman to track progress, report issues, and manage workflows efficiently.
  • Maintain open communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and continuity throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Business Analyst or Business Analyst working on complex systems (preferably SaaS).
  • Demonstrated strength in solutioning, technical documentation, and hands-on involvement with software projects.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, user flows, and system logic — ability to read and understand some code is a plus.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Postman, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
