Accountabilities:

  • Gather and analyze requirements from various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear, detailed technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans ensuring software quality.
  • Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on analysis progress.
  • Support the continuous improvement of software development and testing processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Software Business Analyst in a SaaS environment or working with complex software systems.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and quality assurance testing.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Postman, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and external clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
