Accountabilities:

• Develop and improve machine learning models to enhance search personalization and relevance.
• Design and implement domain adaptation techniques for language models tailored to specific customer data.
• Explore novel integrations of large language models (LLMs) with search technologies to answer complex queries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the technology stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in machine learning or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in search, recommendation systems, natural language processing, or large-scale ML systems.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with data.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying production-ready ML models.
• Proficient coding skills in Python, Go, Java, C++, or similar languages.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Positive, proactive mindset with ownership of both minor tasks and major features.
