Solar Inspections Technician

  • Planning and preparation of paperwork, tools and materials required for all upcoming inspections
  • Troubleshoots and repairs installation violations pertaining to inspection failure reasons
  • Responds to service calls if needed
  • Performs minor services related to solar installations
  • Ensures jobsite cleanliness during completion of inspection process
  • Interact with customers while at jobsite
  • Provides clear instructions and details when documenting/reporting inspection results
  • Updates daily results on company CRM and softwares

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have a form of transportation
  • Must be able to carry 50 pounds up a ladder
  • Must be able to work in all types of weather and be fine with heights
  • Must enjoy interacting with homeowners
  • Must be willing to get OSHA certified
  • Ability to diagnose and repair deficiencies in solar products while in the field
