Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to Spanish-speaking business clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address client requests related to business services, account management, and organizational assistance.
- Identify and implement effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction and swift resolution of issues.
- Accurately document all interactions with clients in the CRM system, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot complex business inquiries and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about the company's business services and products to adequately assist clients.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to refine skills and improve service level.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a business or corporate context.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on client service.
- Ability to solve problems effectively while managing multiple client needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software tools.
