Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Spanish Speaking Client Support Specialist to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the voice of our company, assisting Spanish-speaking clients with their inquiries and providing them with the support they need to have an outstanding experience.
Your role is pivotal in shaping our customers' journey, and you will be responsible for delivering exemplary service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate clients about our products and services to help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions to contribute to service improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest service standards are met.
- Participate in training to enhance knowledge of products and support techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- State your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong customer service focus with a genuine desire to help others.
- Experience in a client support or customer-facing role is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
