Your Responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records for follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to enhance customer service practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training opportunities to further hone your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish is essential; knowledge of English is an asset.

  • Prior experience in customer support is desirable but not required.
