Your Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records for follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with your team to enhance customer service practices.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities to further hone your skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish is essential; knowledge of English is an asset.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
- Prior experience in customer support is desirable but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
