Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking customers, offering support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer experience based on insights from interactions.
- Coordinate with various departments to implement solutions that foster a positive customer environment.
- Stay informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable support to customers.

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related support role is preferred.
- Ability to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with a dedication to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support systems is an advantage.
