Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, delivering superior support via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Build positive relationships with clients to understand their challenges and ensure they receive maximum value from our solutions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Document customer interactions and suggest improvements in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry developments and product updates to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer success roles is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care.
- Proven ability to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
