As a Spanish Speaking End User Support Specialist, you will be tasked with supporting our Spanish-speaking clients by addressing their technical queries and ensuring their issues are resolved swiftly and effectively. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the overall customer experience and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main support contact for Spanish-speaking end users by providing assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Educate clients about product features and best practices.
- Document all support cases and maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to improve processes and service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of products and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or technical support roles.
