Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to end users in Spanish through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems associated with software, hardware, and network systems.
- Educate and guide users on effectively using various applications and tools.
- Document support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with technical teams for the escalation of complex issues and contribute suggestions for service improvement.
- Follow up with users to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and updates to enhance support delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in an end user support role or a customer service position is preferred.

- Knowledge of support ticketing systems and remote assistance tools is an advantage.
