- Provide top-notch frontline support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.

- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for seamless follow-up and reporting.

- Remain knowledgeable about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related support role is highly desirable.
