Your Responsibilities
- Offer high-level support to Spanish-speaking clients via multiple communication platforms.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to HealthTech products.
- Provide training and guidance on product usage to enhance client experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately for reference and improvement.
- Work closely with the team to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep abreast of industry developments and product updates.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong interest in HealthTech and a background in customer support is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote position.
