Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective helpdesk support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network operations.
- Educate clients on the use of products and services, offering guidance to maximize their efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other support team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay informed about product updates and enhancements to better assist clients.
- Contribute to improvements in service delivery and assist in training new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in helpdesk support or a customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools.
