Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to clients in Spanish and other languages through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product-related questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement in service processes and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and at least one additional language (English, Italian, French, etc.), both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive customer-first philosophy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in using customer support platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
