Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and solutions in the service desk system for reference.
  • Provide guidance on product usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to elevate service standards and improve processes.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product offerings and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
