Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking users via email, live chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries about the streaming service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues regarding account setup, streaming quality, and content availability.
- Offer expert guidance on the features and functionalities of the platform to enhance user experience.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to communicate user feedback and propose enhancements to the service.
- Keep abreast of platform updates, industry trends, and troubleshooting best practices.
- Cultivate user relationships through follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing concerns.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, ideally in the streaming or entertainment sector.
- Understanding of streaming technologies and user interaction patterns.
- Strong analytical skills paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or support ticketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
