As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will provide the first line of support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems and offer effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Deliver accurate information about our products, services, and policies in a friendly manner.
- Log all customer interactions and resolutions in the support management system promptly.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and share tips to enrich their overall experience.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry developments, and service updates to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in customer service or similar support roles is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an asset.
