As a key member of our client鈥檚 support team, you will handle travel inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution with finesse and professionalism. Your fluency in Spanish and your dedication to customer satisfaction will allow you to make a positive impact in the travel experiences of our clients!
Your Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with travel arrangements, including bookings and itinerary changes.
- Resolve travel-related inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide valuable insights on destinations, travel regulations, and tips to enhance the customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to ensure seamless service.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold high standards of customer support.
- Engage in ongoing development and training to improve travel knowledge and services offered.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering stellar customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or travel-related roles is advantageous.
