- Deliver top-tier customer support to our VIP Spanish-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
