Responsibilities
· Lead the development and optimization of infrastructure solutions using Splunk Admin and Dynatrace AppMon to enhance system performance and reliability.
· Oversee the integration of infrastructure components to ensure seamless operation and support of Medicare and Medicaid Claims processing.
· Provide expert guidance on infrastructure best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives and healthcare industry standards.
· Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure scalability and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
· Conduct thorough analysis of infrastructure performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all infrastructure-related activities.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations and processes for knowledge sharing and continuity.
· Mentor and support junior team members to foster a culture of learning and professional growth.
· Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
· Manage vendor relationships to optimize infrastructure solutions and support services.
· Participate in strategic planning sessions to align infrastructure goals with organizational vision and mission.
Qualifications
· Possess deep expertise in Splunk Admin and Dynatrace AppMon with a proven track record of successful implementations.
· Demonstrate strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid Claims with experience in claims processing and payer systems.
· Show proficiency in infrastructure monitoring and performance optimization techniques.
· Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure development and management.
· Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $79,240– $133,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
