In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of technical products, guiding their lifecycle from evaluation and implementation to adoption and support. You will collaborate cross-functionally to translate organizational needs into technology-driven solutions, optimize user engagement, and influence the long-term technology roadmap. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of technical products: assess business needs, manage product selection, pilot, launch, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including technical experts, finance, and end-users to align product vision with business goals.
  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and user training materials.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and gather user feedback to enhance usability and adoption.
  • Track usage metrics, troubleshoot adoption challenges, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Evaluate vendor offerings and contribute to the development of a long-term technology vision aligned with organizational strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of leadership experience in product lifecycle management, technical project implementation, or UX/UI-focused roles.
  • Strong background in business analysis and change management, with a proven record of translating requirements into scalable tech solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across departments and functions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple initiatives autonomously.
  • Familiarity with product usage analytics, user personas, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Passionate about leveraging AI and emerging technologies to address enterprise-level challenges.
  • Experience in education or workforce development is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
